Dr Anushka Bhanarkar is a dedicated consultant physiotherapist with specialised expertise in spine rehabilitation, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and evidence-based pain management. She has extensive experience in the non-surgical management of spine disorders, helping patients recover from chronic neck and back pain through personalised rehabilitation programmes and advanced physiotherapy techniques.

Currently working as a consultant physiotherapist at Flexifyme Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Dr Anushka specialises in treating musculoskeletal conditions using Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT/McKenzie Method), advanced manual therapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, and functional rehabilitation. Previously, she served as a spine consultantCentre, at QI Spine and PhysioCULT Advanced Physiotherapy centre, where she managed complex spinal conditions through comprehensive clinical assessments, movement analysis, ergonomic correction, and individualised rehabilitation plans aimed at reducing pain and improving long-term function.
