Overview

Dr Heeda Sanadi is a highly motivated and evidence-based clinical physiotherapist with strong expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, orthopaedic physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, sports injury management, and post-operative care. She holds a bachelor's of physiotherapy and is pursuing a master of science (MSc) in physiotherapy from the University of Pécs, Hungary, where she has gained valuable international clinical exposure through European teaching hospitals.

Currently serving as a senior physiotherapist at Flexifyme Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic at Koregaon Park, Pune, Dr Heeda combines academic excellence with hands-on clinical practice, mentoring future physiotherapists while continuing to deliver patient-centred rehabilitation. Her clinical experience spans tertiary care hospitals, European healthcare settings, sports physiotherapy, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation, enabling her to manage a broad spectrum of orthopaedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, paediatric, women's health, geriatric, and oncology cases.
